Made to order policy

Each pair of Rosette Satin Shorts and each Rosette Suede Bag is made to order, especially for you. Production begins shortly after purchase. Please allow: - Rosette Satin Shorts: 3–4 weeks for production before dispatch. - Rosette Suede Bags: 2–4 weeks to be handmade and dispatched.These are estimated timeframes and may vary slightly depending on order volume. During peak periods, production may take longer. If there are any unexpected delays, you’ll be notified by email.

Each bag’s suede petals may vary slightly in shape and placement, making every flower unique.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Shipping time is additional.

the Dress Up Box

The Dress Up Box is a monthly subscription, with a new theme and selection of pieces each month.

Each month’s contents change with the theme and are often a surprise — that’s part of the fun! Images of previous boxes are examples only and don’t represent what you’ll receive in future boxes.

Orders close on the 25th of each month and are dispatched by the end of that month. Orders placed after the 25th will be included in the following month’s box.

Once your box has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Shipping time is additional.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account via the top right corner of our website, using the email address you signed up with.

SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic flat rate shipping costs include online tracking, once your order has been made/fulfilled you will receive a tracking number via email. 

All parcels are shipped via standard Australia Post shipping and do not include insurance, as this is an additional cost. If you would like your order shipped with insurance, please contact us via email prior to placing your order.

Please note that Ossinger cannot be held responsible for third-party postage/courier delays, or for the loss or damage of a parcel while in the hands of a third party delivery system. We prioritise packing each piece so that we ensure your order arrives safely. If you have any issues with the whereabouts of your parcel you can track it at any time using the tracking number provided in your email. In the rare case that a parcel is missing or lost please notify us immediately and we will do what we can do on our end to lodge an investigation with the postal service. Please note we do not offer refunds for damaged, lost or stolen packages during transit.

RETURN POLICY

Ossinger does not accept returns for refunds. This includes no refunds offered if item is the wrong size due to each piece being limited drops. Please read sizing carefully before purchasing. Full priced items may only be offered a refund if received with any major faults. Customer service must be contacted within 7 days of receiving in this scenario. Returned goods must be sent back in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and all original tags intact. Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges on sample items. 

Items are made from dead stock and preloved. Therefore some minor faults and marks may be present due fabric age. However, any major flaws within the item will be listed in description. Please read each description carefully, as refunds will not be issued on items where any major flaws have been listed prior to customer purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order after purchasing? As orders enter production shortly after purchase, we’re unable to accept changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

When will my order ship?

All items are made to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your order ships.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

On ossinger.com.au prices are in the currencies of AUD. All prices for AU-based customers include GST in listed price. Prices are without shipping or other services that OSSINGER may offer.

*Please note that local import charges such as customs duty and sales tax may occur, depending on the customer’s region and country. These charges are at the customer’s own expense and can be paid in country upon arrival.*
