Made to order policy

Each pair of Rosette Satin Shorts is made to order.

Please allow 3–4 weeks for production before shipping. This is an estimated timeframe and may vary slightly depending on order volume. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Because each piece is made especially for you, production begins shortly after purchase.

During peak periods, production may take slightly longer. If there are any unexpected delays, you’ll be notified by email.

Shipping time is additional.

SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic flat rate shipping costs include online tracking, once your order has been made/fulfilled you will receive a tracking number via email. 

All parcels are shipped via standard Australia Post shipping and do not include insurance, as this is an additional cost. If you would like your order shipped with insurance, please contact us via email prior to placing your order.

Please note that Ossinger cannot be held responsible for third-party postage/courier delays, or for the loss or damage of a parcel while in the hands of a third party delivery system. We prioritise packing each piece so that we ensure your order arrives safely. If you have any issues with the whereabouts of your parcel you can track it at any time using the tracking number provided in your email. In the rare case that a parcel is missing or lost please notify us immediately and we will do what we can do on our end to lodge an investigation with the postal service. Please note we do not offer refunds for damaged, lost or stolen packages during transit.

RETURN POLICY

Ossinger does not accept returns for refunds. This includes no refunds offered if item is the wrong size due to each piece being limited drops. Please read sizing carefully before purchasing. Full priced items may only be offered a refund if received with any major faults. Customer service must be contacted within 7 days of receiving in this scenario. Returned goods must be sent back in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and all original tags intact. Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges on sample items. 

Items are made from dead stock and preloved. Therefore some minor faults and marks may be present due fabric age. However, any major flaws within the item will be listed in description. Please read each description carefully, as refunds will not be issued on items where any major flaws have been listed prior to customer purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order after purchasing?

As orders enter production shortly after purchase, we’re unable to accept changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

When will my order ship?

All items are made to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your order ships.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

On ossinger.com.au prices are in the currencies of AUD. All prices for AU-based customers include GST in listed price. Prices are without shipping or other services that OSSINGER may offer.
